How can someone land a get a job with no experience , especially when most employers seem to prioritize candidates who already have relevant skills But how are you supposed to get your foot in the door without having ever worked a relevant job before when it feels like every HR manager on this planet — be they recruiter or hiring person- rightfully prefer people who already have an experience under their belt? I have even been looking for entry-level positions, but it seems that even those want experience I do not yet possess. Are there specific strategies, such as emphasising transferable skills or networking, that will help you escape this vicious circle?
